SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) that Victory Field Operations (“VFO,” “we,” “us” or “our”) sends to people who have agreed to receive them.

1. Programs and message types

If you agree to receive text messages from VFO, you may receive recurring informational messages related to the purpose for which you provided your number, along with on-demand replies to messages you send us. All the different types of messages you may receive are collectively known as the “Programs.”

You will receive text messages only after you have provided your mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Cost

Msg & Data rates may apply. Please consult with your carrier for rate information.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Our service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of a Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from that Program. You may receive one additional message confirming your decision. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, including emailing info@victory-fo.com or calling (517) 294-7761. If you receive messages from more than one VFO number, we will honour your opt-out request for the number you identify.

7. Privacy

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS COLLECTED THROUGH PROGRAMS TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Mobile opt-in information and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
